Estimates and Deposits
On booking the services of Intelligent Admin a written
confirmation of the client's requirements and estimated
cost, along with a copy of Intelligent Admin’s
terms and conditions, will be sent by email, fax or
post. This must be signed and returned by the client
before any work can commence.
Charging
All assignments are billed at an hourly rate unless
otherwise agreed. The hourly rate is charged in increments
of 15 minutes to ensure that the client is only charged
for the time Intelligent Admin spends working on the
assignment.
All stationery, postage, CDs/floppy disks, telephone,
fax and other expenses are added to the client's bill
at cost, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Payment of Invoices
Payment is due on receipt of the invoice and must
be paid within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. Payment
may be made by cash or cheque payable to Intelligent
Admin or by electronic bank transfer. Please note
that Intelligent Admin is not able to accept credit
cards presently.
Monthly Retainers
For clients with ongoing assignments who have arranged
a retainer package with Intelligent Admin, a monthly
standing order may be set up for an agreed amount
representing the majority of the expected monthly
costs. An invoice will be submitted showing the outstanding
balance with payment due on receipt. Any hours not
used as part of the monthly retainer package will
be credited to the following month.
Meetings and Travel
For insurance reasons, no personal visits to Intelligent
Admin’s premises are permitted. However, Intelligent
Admin staff are happy to meet clients at a mutually
agreed meeting place.
Assignments - errors and corrections
Although Intelligent Admin will endeavour to ensure
that all completed work is error free, final proofreading
of all work is the responsibility of the client. Any
errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt of
the completed work.
Confidentiality
Intelligent Admin complies with the Data Protection
Act 1998 and will never disclose client information
without the client's consent. All assignments and
client contact details are treated in the strictest
confidence and are only retained for as long as necessary.
A Confidentiality Agreement is available on request.
